Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Noah Kahan official merchandise, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition items and digital media are final sale unless they arrive damaged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the merchandise is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
